It might be Monday here already but somewhere it’s still Sunday so I totally finished this on the weekend. And now excuse me I have to get those 5 1/2 hours of sleep that are left of my night. *headdesk*

"A handsome face. Molly, is it a true likeness?"
"Does the young Lady know Mr. Holmes?"
"Only a little."
"Do you not think him a handsome man,  Miss?"
"Yes. Yes, I dare say he is."

Drawing sculptures is so much fun. I wish I could actually make them.
After starting this painting I rewatched P&P with my flatmate and now I feel like rereading it as well. Oh and Molly looking at the sculpture will probably be finished tomorrow. :)

Freaking hell, you did that on a train???

Yup. :)

It takes me around 3 hours to get to my hometown to visit my parents and when I’m not sleeping I usually draw something. When I was still studying in Nuremberg the train ride was even better because the trains used on the route had proper tables and the tracks ran more smoothly, I finished whole portraits back then. Now I have to take a few breaks when the ride gets a bit bumpy or draw on my lap occasionally but I got used to it.

Show me a hero and I’ll write you a tragedy.
F. Scott Fitzgerald

There you go, a statutesque Sherlock I did on the train yesterday.

“Are you guys even remotely my friends??? As in, really…???” Molly gasped in disbelief and disappointment. She was sitting across Mary and John in the Bart’s cafeteria during lunch break, looking at the photos pasted all over the internet. The Watsons, along with entire Holmes family, were snapped at the premiere of a sold-out play the previous evening at the West End.

Mary shifted uncomfortably in her seat, glancing at her husband with an “I told you so” look. “Err…even we didn’t know Sherlock was bringing Janine, Molly. He just sprung up the invite on us last morning, his parents were forcing both their boys to accompany them and Sherlock insisted we tag along. We were ferried around and made ready by Mycroft’s people. Do you really think that John would have a jacket that fit so well?” Mary tried to joke weakly.
